Ring mouse - cool future gadget

One of the things I like on sci-fi movies from future are crazy computer controllers, well this one I have for you today is something awesome and something what you can really buy. Why to use your mouse when you can use some really cool gadget to control your computer? This controller is called ring mouse, but it does not work like mouse at all. So how this cool future gadget works? Well, it is really quite simple, you just put it on your forefinger and operate this gadget with your thumb.
