Healthy frying without oil?

Hi folks and especially all lowers of good food. Do you know someone who does not like fried food? I know that lot of people does not et fryied food, because it is just not healthy. Well, in fact it is my case also, I just love fryied food, because of its taste, but I hate it, because it is so extremely unhealthy that i cannot eat it. Well, show me someone who does not like fried food becuase of the taste? I'm sure it would be really hard to find such person. Today i have for you something what could pretty much change your life.
